• Wall, Attic and Floor Insulation
• Pipe Insulation
• Sustainable water/heating systems
• Boiler Upgrade
• Installation of energy efficient controls in the home
• Door/Window Replacement
• Deep Retrofit ( e.g. as part of the SEAI Deep retrofit grant)

Green Loan Rates:

• €25,000+: 5.5% (5.63% APR)
• €5,000 – €24,999: 6.5% (6.69% APR)

Green Loan Sample Repayment:

For a €25,000, five year variable interest rate loan,  with 261 weekly repayments of €109.98, an interest rate of 5.5%, a representative APR of 5.63%; the cost of credit is €3,697.06 and the total amount payable by the member is €28,697.06. Conditions:

• Minimum loan of €5,000
• Quotations or invoices will be required
• Joint-Account options will be offered as appropriate
