UPDATED DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

Under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing) Acts 2010 & 2013, all financial institutions, including Member First Credit Union are required by law to collect documentation to verify our members’ identity and their residential address.

The documentation may be provided to us by one of the following two ways, whichever you consider most convenient.

Option 1

Call into any of our 2 offices in Lisduggan and Portlaw with the original documentation.

Or

Option 2

You can post your documents to the following address: Lisduggan Credit Union, Church Road, Lisduggan, Waterford. Please enclose a note with your name and address and request that your identity documentation be updated.

Please note: Where we cannot obtain the necessary documentation from a member, we are required by law to cease providing services and ultimately, to discontinue the business relationship which would mean having to close accounts. In order to avoid this unfortunate scenario, we would greatly appreciate your co-operation with this request.

If you have any queries or seek any clarification in relation to this please contact us on 051-355696.
