ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

Due to the fact that Covid-19 is still presenting a danger to our community, our AGM for 2021 will take place virtually. This is so as we can protect our members and staff and play our part in helping to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

Lisduggan District Credit Union will hold our virtual AGM via ZOOM on Tuesday 14th December at 7.30pm.

Members wishing to attend the Virtual AGM need to do the following:

 1. REGISTER: Apply via e-mail to agm@lisduggancu.ie and include the following information on their e-mail:

• Name
• Account Number
• Address
• Date of birth

All requests for attendance will be verified by LCU prior to issuing invitations.

The request for attendance must be received by close of business on Tuesday 7th December 2021.

 2. ZOOM LINK: Any members who send us this email, once verified, will receive a link to the AGM Zoom Webinar via e-mail.

The Zoom link is a standard link, you do not need to download any software, and it will work on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

 3. AGM: When you are admitted to the virtual AGM, your video will be turned off and your sound will be muted automatically without any action on your part.

You can type a question to the host by clicking on the “chat” button on the bottom of the screen.

Voting on motions and elections will be done by way of an online poll in the form of a secret ballot. The results will be verified and recorded by the meeting Secretary.

The AGM will be recorded for minute taking purposes.
